Class Format

Classes are 60 minutes and generally follow the format below:

  • 5-10 Minutes Standing Warm-up (seated options available)

  • 10-30 Minutes Standing Exercises (seated options available)

  • 10-20 Minutes Ground Exercises (seated/standing options available for most ground exercises)

  • 5-10 Minutes Ground Cool Down (seated/standing options available for most cool down exercises)
